STUDENT PROTECTION SCHEME
APSSB has in place a STUDENT PROTECTION SCHEME as stipulated by the Council of Private Education (CPE) (the “SPS) by way of a student Tuition Fee Accounts (ESCROW) pursuant to the terms and conditions under Council for Private Education (CPE) guidelines dated 22 December 2009.
REFUND/WITHDRAWAL POLICY
A full refund (100%) of course fees will be made if written notice of withdrawal is received AT LEAST 30 DAYS prior to the commencement of the programme.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints shall be resolved within a maximum of 21 days. All complaints that is not resolved within 21 days, the student and APSSB shall refer the dispute to the CPE Mediation Centre for mediation in accordance with clause 4.3 of the Standard Student Contract.
STANDARD STUDENT CONTRACT
All students enrolled with APSSB shall enter into the Standard Student Contract with APSSB under the Student Protection Scheme.

All students’ data are solely for the purpose of completing course admission. As such, we treats your data in strict confidence.

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR), we give needy students an opportunity to study and upgrade themselves to prepare them for a better career pathway.
