APSSB and SAF FC Academy has a partnership in the 'Football + Study' Programme for youth who are between 16 to 18 years old and who are keen to pursue a career in the football industry.  SAF FC is one of the leading professional football club in Singapore's S-League.

Youth who enroll in the SAF FC Academy will regular football trainning and study to earn their sport management qualifications.
